Alonzo Reyes

December 16, 1928 – December 25, 2017
Was born in Del Rio, Texas
He passed away peacefully from a brief illness with his daughter by his side.

Preceded in death by his mother and father Juanita (Bosques), and Luciano Reyes, brothers, Armando, Ernie, Arnold, and Joe Reyes, his wives Louise (Green), Lois C. Demaio, and his son, Alonzo Alan Reyes. Survived by his sisters Ramona Salinas, Angie Reyes, partner of 8 years, Nadine Jackson, daughter Jeanette (Thomas) and many nieces and nephews.

A Navy WWII veteran and merchant marine. He was a cement finisher for over 30 years. He was a proud union member of Local 797, Las Vegas, Nevada. He built much of Las Vegas, saw it torn down, and built it again. He was a devoted father and very proud of his daughter. She was equally devoted and proud of him.
