Linda Laura Garcia (Lopez)
Linda Laura Garcia, of Lodi, passed away on October 21, 2016, at the age of 44. Mrs. Garcia was born in Tijuana, Mexico on April 22, 1972. She worked at Woodbridge Winery for 17 years as a Machine Operator/Technician. She was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Linda loved traveling to Hawaii, Disneyland, Disneyworld, and Tijuana. She also loved spending time with family, playing cards; most of all, spending all her free time with her granddaughter, Adelina. Linda is survived by her mother, Maria E. Mercado; husband, Ernesto Gardea Garcia, Jr.; son, Jorge Adalberto Cruz, Jr.; daughter, Cathie Kimberly Cruz; sisters, Marisol Casamalhuapa, Ramona Lopez, Martha Alva Lopez, and Michelle Cruz; brothers, Ricardo Gabriel Lopez, Jose Manuel Lopez, Guillermo Lopez, and Luis Julian Marroquin; step-sons, Ernest Carl Garcia, III, Nickolas Joseph Kennedy Garcia, and Rudy Vincent Garcia; and granddaughters, Adelina Rose Espinoza, Sophie Cruz, and Holly Cruz. She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Lopez. Friends are invited to visit Tuesday, November 1st, from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Lodi Funeral Home. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be said on Tuesday, November 1st, 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 2nd, 11:00 a.m., at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, with committal to follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.
